CRA Emerging Talent Award 2019
The Concrete Repair Association has launched their first Emerging Talent Award. The award has been created to recognise the achievements of those that are new to the industry and provide support and encouragement to help their career continue to grow.
The award is open to any employee such as apprentices, students and graduates of a CRA member company that has shown outstanding performance whilst employed with the company. The nominee must have been employed within the concrete repair industry for no more than five years and must currently be employed by a CRA member company. The nomination can not be self-nominated and must be made by a peer of the individual and signed off by the nominees’ senior manager or equivalent.
The award presentation will take place at the CRA dinner on Friday 1st November 2019. All shortlisted nominees’ will be invited to join the event as a CRA guest, with the days activities and dinner paid for. The winner of the Emerging Talent Award 2019 will receive a prize of £2,000 donated by CRA in addition to a winners shield which will be engraved with the nominees name.
For the member company that has nominated the winning individual they will receive a 50% discount on their 2020 CRA membership subscription. Please note that we will only accept one nomination per member company and the nomination must be signed off by a senior member of staff.
