Each Contractor, Manufacturer and Distributor member adheres to the CRA member requirements to hold ISO 9001 which demonstrates that each member company maintains a quality management system, focusing on process,continued improvement and customer focus.
Health, safety and wellbeing
All members agree to follow the bylaws; all Contractor members must hold UKAS-accredited ISO 45001, showing our members are dedicated to improving employee safety, reducing workplace risk and creating a better,safer working environment.
Sustainability
Awareness of and commitment to the need for the construction industry to be sustainable with a drive towards net zero. The range of environmental measures to deliver this is demonstrated by members holding ISO14001 (environmental management system).
