CRA Awards 2022

On the 09th December 2022, the CRA celebrated the 2022 CRA Awards at the Tower Hotel in London. It was a fantastic day filled with festivity and celebration and was great to see many faces enjoying the day.

The day started with an enlightening and discussion heavy General meeting, with all topics of the agenda being covered. Discussions for 2023 were also had and it was  great to have so much engagement from the room.

For those with a not so faint heart, we walked across from the Tower Bridge to London Bridge, where a group of members enjoyed (were terrified) at the London Bridge Experience. Learning about Jack the Ripper, William Wallace and more characters from London’s past, it was a great activity and enjoyed by all (apart from the odd few that screamed the whole way round).

The evening was greeted by bubbles and music, hearing soulful and Christmas tunes from the Camino Sonoro Jazz Band.

After the wonderful drinks reception, with a room view of the Tower Bridge and river Thames, we sat down to enjoy a lovely three course meal whilst the background was filled with the sounds of soulful singing and masterful saxophone and double base playing.

The Awards

The CRA awards is a time to acknowledge, congratulate and applaud the hard work that CRA members do each and everyday across the UK.

We would like to thank each and every person that submitted a nomination for the 2022 CRA awards, it was a really hard year for the judges as all of the nominations showcased exquisite work.

Following the excitement of the awards ceremony, it was time to have a sing and dance! Enjoying music from the 70’s to now, rock to dance classics, shapes were made on the dance floor!
